Eric Brumfield- Managing Partner
Eric brings a deep background in staffing & recruitment at the branch, district and regional level with 20 years in the industry.  Prior to running his own recruiting firm, Eric was a Regional Vice President overseeing 5 offices in the Atlanta market and spent several years as the Sr. Regional Director for a national firm in the Atlanta market with responsibility for 12 offices.   Eric brings in-depth experience in all aspects of serving clients who demand the best.  With a deep IT Contracting and IT Services focus, Eric oversees the Washington D.C. market with a strong blend of leadership, business understanding and a client-focus on results.   

 

 

 
Tony Coccitto - Managing Partner
A seasoned professional in the recruitment industry, Tony brings 15 successful years of recruitment leadership experience and brings a solutions-oriented approach towards identifying and solving the recruitment requirements of our clients. With brings a specific focus on assisting clients with implementing cost-effective outsourced recruitment solutions, Tony received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Alfred University and holds the professional certifications of PHR & CSP designations. Joseph S. Stirpe - Senior Partner
Joe leads the Recruitment Outsourcing Team and brings an in-depth background in recruitment & employment. For the past 18 years, Joe has focused on employment and employment solutions for clients throughout the Northeastern US. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY along with numerous professional certifications and designations for employment professionals.  He brings extensive experience in position profile analysis, employment process development and job placement with organizations both large and small in such industries as utilities, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing industries. His leadership, insight and strategic approach to recruitment and employment has allowed organizations to make drastic leaps in their overall recruitment and employment results. John leads the executive & professional search efforts and spent 20 years in executive and management roles developing his skills in business having achieved the Senior Vice President Human Resources level for a major, multi-billion dollar global company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY and completed the Executive Education Program from the University of Michigan. John's background includes in-depth knowledge of recruiting top talent, assessment center and selection system development including in-depth employment process analysis and program development and behavioral-based selection system design and implementation.  He is a speaker and presenter on recruitment and retention of executives. He is married with two daughters and lives in a suburb of Rochester, NY.
